Night, thunder and lightning...

Write on my blog or drink beer at cafe Trentino!? uh... quick one...

Arco has been more relaxing than climbing, though we did some pretty good routes too! Got benighted on a long strenuous route and only got home at 2 in the morning, searchlights from below following our moves. Was in fact quite pleasant.. balmy evening, starry skies, pretty lights around the lake below. Was Niels' first multipitch route too! Go Niels!

Did some sailing and mountainbiking, though got caught in huge storm, hail, thunder, lightning and ended up on a steep footpath instead of the mountainbike track we had intended. Was pretty awful day, but at least better than staying in the tent or MORE shopping in Arco. Was happy to get back to the shower though!

Weather is turning, so will head to Verona tomorrow to find Juliet, and then pick up Walter in Venice on saturday and on to the dolomites.
